Quality Control Officer
Roumieh- Al MetnMain Duties & Responsibilities:
- Inspect product quality according to quality instructions
- Inspect and approve quality packages according to product specifications
- Note and report on work that does not meet requirements and report quality KPI(s)
- Conduct refresher training for existing staff and provide training on QI(s) for new workers
- Calibrate and record all the balances used during production
- Coordinate with the production department to improve processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry, chemistry, laboratory science, or a related field
- 0-1 year of experience
Quality Control Officer
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Present the company’s products and services to potential clients through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, emails, business forums, and platforms
- Analyze market dynamics and customers’ needs to offer solutions and integrate the company’s products effectively
- Follow up on the company and product registrations in designated export territories by attending webinars and seminars
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations teams, shipping agencies, and forwarders to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain a high level of personalized customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, pharmacy, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and ERP systems
Export Sales Officer
